Additional information on exercising the right of withdrawal

According to the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without needing to justify this decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days from the date of formalization of the service contract. Withdrawal is free of charge for the customer. BELDON BEAUTY, SL will refund the corresponding amount, including the administrative costs related to registration, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal form. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the initial payment. However, if the establishment has received any registration confirmation materials, BELDON BEAUTY, SL may withhold the refund until receiving said materials. In this case, the supplier will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from improper handling. In the event of transport costs arising from the return of the product, these must be borne by the SUPPLIER provided that the return is due purely to the right of withdrawal and not to a lack of conformity of the product.
